Job Title *CWP Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative Address Conway, AR Job Description Administer multiple immunizations such as flu, shingles, and COVID vaccines. Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Adapt to changing healthcare environments and modify plans accordingly. Critical Information Work hours: Sunday through Saturday, 10am-7pm. Remote/on-site/hybrid: Onsite as needed. Work environment: Patient-facing, community healthcare setting. Compliance/submission notes: Candidate questionnaire required for all submissions. Education / Licenses Needed Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Active Pharmacy License in the state. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Recognized high school diploma or GED.
