Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | overtime as needed What You Will Be Doing: Perform residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects Install refrigerant piping, ducting systems, control wiring, and related components Develop knowledge of HVAC installation methods, standards, and best practices Work effectively under supervision while also handling tasks independently and collaborating with team members Conduct equipment commissioning, testing, and operational verification after installation Participate in ongoing employer-sponsored training through the Trane dealer network and pursue NATE certification opportunities Mitchell Heating and Cooling | Rolesville NC Join a Company That Puts People First We're a family-owned business that has proudly served the Raleigh-Durham area since 1973.
