About the Role

Salary

$25-$35/hr

Qualifications

2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
2+ years of landscape installation experience
strong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, responsible, and quality-focused mindset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid Driver's License required
Must pass a background check
Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits
Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling
Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed
Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
