HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE

Reports To: Operations Manager (or designated Housekeeping Lead) Responsible for keeping facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean, safe, and well maintained. Provides housekeeping and customer service support across the property. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Bilingual is a plus Knowledge of operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and waxers Knowledge of working with basic hand tools Responsibilities Keep facilities, common areas, and restrooms clean and maintained Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Wipe down tables and common area surfaces Clean and stock supply closets; launder housekeeping mops, rags, etc Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and procedures Notify managers of repairs needed Collect and dispose of trash, porter the grounds Provide customer service to guests and tenants Spot clean upholstered furniture Report safety hazards to the Manager on Duty Traits Ability to manage time effectively Work well unsupervised Handle basic cleaning tasks consistently Maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests Comfortable with outdoor work Safety and Standards Follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed per MSDS Maintain cleanliness standards and complete assigned checklists and logs as required Benefits Eligible Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and more Special Information: Must have reliable transportation.
