Visit gomotive.com to learn more. About the Role Motive is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to help build and scale strong teams across our sales organization. You will own searches of diverse scope, shape recruiting strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross‑functional partners. You will report into the Director, Sales Recruiting. This role is well suited for someone who brings deep recruiting expertise, sound business judgment, and a commitment to improving candidate and stakeholder experiences. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business‑critical roles, from intake through offer and close. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on search strategy. Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals. Use recruiting data and market insights to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. Deliver a consistent candidate experience and support inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting process. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of recruiting experience, including in‑house recruiting within a technology or high‑growth environment. Deep expertise in full‑cycle recruiting and closing passive candidates across sales, specifically Enterprise sales and business functions. Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, search strategy, interview processes, and offers. Strong command of recruiting metrics, ATS data hygiene, and using insights to guide decisions. Ability to manage diverse priorities independently, influence stakeholders, and solve complex hiring challenges. Pay Transparency Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
