Job Summary We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand representation initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating promotional events and community activities. Help organize event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies. Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate information or solutions. Maintain an organized and professional event environment. Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. Assist with customer follow-ups after promotional events. Communicate event feedback and customer observations to team members. Coordinate with team members to help ensure smooth event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
