Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Role Overview As a Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS), you will be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. Job Responsibilities Engage with customers in a high‑traffic environment, using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continually learn and improve to provide the best possible customer experience. Provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle be‑back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred). Passionate customer advocate—balancing customer experience and performance goals (required). Team building—willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues (required). Retail sales—competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (required). Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Hourly base pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status).
