A Data Engineer responsible for developing and deploying data pipelines and platforms to organize and analyze diverse data sources, supporting mission-driven projects such as fraud detection and research. A Data Engineer responsible for developing and deploying data pipelines and platforms to organize and analyze diverse data sources, supporting mission-driven projects such as fraud detection and research. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and enhance scalable data pipelines and platforms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including analysts, developers, and data consumers. Support assessment, design, development, and maintenance of data solutions. Implement ETL operations on cloud and on-premises infrastructures. Write software using programming languages like Python, and manage databases using SQL or GraphQL. Automate and script on Linux or Windows systems. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years in data engineering, pipeline development, or software engineering. Experience with ETL, source control, and cloud platforms such as AWS or similar services. Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases, distributed frameworks like Apache Spark, and infrastructure as code tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field; security clearance eligibility required. Nice-to-have: experience with analytics workloads, large-scale pipelines, DoD systems, advanced certifications, and cloud development. Additional Details Responsible use of AI tools and adherence to security protocols. Flexible work models including remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.
