The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to be Collections/responsible for supporting the office/HR Department. The HR Assistant must have previous experience speaking to customers about outstanding accounts and proven success with resolution. In this role you will:- Answer all incoming calls retrieve messages from voice mail Monitor the front door and sign in all visitors or refer to appropriate Generate daily ticket update
- Run weekly/monthly statements and mail file and pull invoices as needed.
- Maintain all new hires applications.
- Facilitates and/or co-facilitate the orientation Class. Prepare new hires packets for Orientation.
- Assist the H/R Manager and department co-workers with related duties as directed. Covers for Office manager when needed.
- Ability to speak English, bilingual skills preferred.
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proficient excel skills are required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Prior office experience, HR Experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
