Job Title: Physical Therapist
If candidate is local (within 50-miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? y Will accept First Time Travelers? y 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: y Patient Population: Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
