Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity based in Greater Houston for a Restaurant Operation Manager at Waffle House. The individual in this role will lead daily restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining strict food quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring top‑notch customer service, managing budgets to achieve profitability, implementing safety and cleanliness standards, and fostering a positive team culture. The manager will also participate in training and development initiatives to optimize team performance and ensure operations align with company goals. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and employee development skills. Experience in budget management, inventory control, and achieving operational goals. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast‑paced environment.
