Spa Creek Dental is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team in the Newport News Area.

Spa Creek Dental partners with retirement and senior living communities , providing convenient on-site dental services to residents . This unique model allows you to make a meaningful impact by increasing access to quality dental care for patients who may otherwise face barriers to treatment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $800–$1,200 per day

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services

• Provide on-site dental care within partnered retirement communities

• Diagnose and present treatment plans

• Educate patients on oral health and prevention

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active VA dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassion for working with senior populations

• Team-oriented and adaptable mindset
