The main responsibility of this position will be to become proficient in our extensive line of testing equipment, accessories and software, and to utilize that technical and product knowledge to support sales opportunities. This position will involve close and detailed contact with our customers and field sales force to produce complex system proposals, pursue custom product requests, resolve customer issues and build customer relationships. In addition, you will be required to conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and be involved in training the sales, service, and support staff on the use of our products. Travel to customer sites, technical conferences, exhibitions, and seminars may represent up to 25% of work time.

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science), with some relevant commercial work experience or an interest in either sales or marketing. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are also required for this challenging role.

This position has a starting salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 per year. Pay is determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, relevant skills, and qualifications.
