Production Support Analyst

Title: Production Support Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (Day 1 Onsite) 4 to 7 years of experience in production support, application support Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and command-line tools. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc. Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys, Control-M, or similar tools. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Nagios, Grafana, etc. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment. Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
