Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ speech and language development in a vibrant, collaborative educational environment near Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time position offers the chance to work hands-on with a caseload of 40-60 students, primarily in grades K-5 and potentially a few in grades 6-8, all within a single school site. You'll be surrounded by a dedicated staff focused on helping every child communicate confidently and succeed academically.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CDE license for School Service Providers (SSP)
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Solid understanding of IEP development and special education assessment processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering speech and language therapy to meet individual student IEP goals
• Conducting formal and informal assessments to determine special education eligibility
• Designing, writing, and maintaining thorough, compliant IEPs for each assigned student
• Participating actively in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Providing consultation and support to classroom teachers and families

This contract agreement runs through May 21, 2027, and is structured for 37.5 hours per week over five days.
