Traveling Task Force General Manager - Hilton Location: Columbus, OH Position: Traveling Task Force GM PEP Required Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Task Force General Manager to join our team at Hilton in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a dynamic leader who can travel between Hilton properties within the region to provide operational leadership, ensure brand standards, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple Hilton properties within the assigned region. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and company policies. Lead and mentor property management teams to achieve operational excellence. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective management and strategic initiatives. Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements. Collaborate with corporate teams to align property goals with overall company objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for assigned properties. Address guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Maintain a flexible travel schedule to support properties as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably with Hilton or comparable brands. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service standards. Ability to travel frequently within the region. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.Proficient in financial management and budgeting. PEP (Professional Experience Program) certification is required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
