Advance Your Clinical Practice in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Our Intensive Care Unit is a highly collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional care to patients with complex and critical conditions. Nurses work alongside experienced physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams in a supportive environment that values professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence. How You'll Contribute Provides direct patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practices Performs comprehensive patient assessments and identifies changes in patient condition Administers medications, treatments, and life-support interventions as prescribed Monitors, records, and communicates patient status to physicians and the care team Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfers, and discharge planning Educates patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients and families Why join us We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care. What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current New Mexico or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred, Associates required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred, but must have within 30 days of hire.
