Director of Medical Records & Health Information

San Antonio West Nursing and Rehabilitation

PACS Medical Records Director oversees the management, security, and accuracy of resident health records in a SNF, ensuring HIPAA compliance and regulatory alignment. You will supervise EHR systems, ensure timely documentation, support clinical and administrative staff, and prepare reports for audits while safeguarding confidentiality of health information.
