Join us to make a meaningful impact and help shape innovative solutions across diverse teams.Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s what you need:Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery modelMinimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/TimeSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certificationSAP SuccessFactors Time Management certificationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus points if:You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do moreMaster Stakeholder CommunicationsYou demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
