Under the direction of the nurse manager, Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: One Professional Certification in related area (Facility Managed) 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area.
