New Home Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our homebuilding team. In this role, you will guide prospective buyers through the process of purchasing a newly constructed home, from initial inquiry to contract closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact in our model homes and communities, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage prospective buyers in model homes, communities, and online inquiries Conduct professional sales presentations showcasing home designs, features, and community amenities Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget Guide buyers through the entire home purchase process, including lot selection, home design options, financing overview, and contract execution Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through phone, email, CRM systems, and in-person meetings Manage and update customer data in the company CRM system accurately and consistently Coordinate with construction, design studio, mortgage, and closing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Host open houses, community events, and model home tours as needed Stay knowledgeable about market trends, competition, product offerings, and community inventory Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, new home sales, or customer‑facing roles preferred Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term customer relationships Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time management skills Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Preferred Experience Prior experience in homebuilding, residential real estate, or mortgage lending Knowledge of construction basics, home design options, or community development Experience working in a commission‑based or performance‑driven sales environment Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within the homebuilding organization Training and ongoing professional development Why Join Us You’ll be part of a dynamic team helping families achieve one of life’s biggest milestones, owning a new home.
