What You'll Do Day trade Forex and Crypto markets using firm-provided capital Follow and refine rule-based trading systems Analyze price action and technical setups on intraday charts Apply strict risk management rules on every trade Review trades, track performance, continuously improve Participate in coaching, group sessions, trader community Who Thrives Here Serious about trading as a professional craft, not a side hustle Value rules, structure, and accountability over 'gut feel' Comfortable with performance-based compensation (no fixed salary) Want to trade with more capital than they currently have access to Understand that risk management matters more than any single trade What We Provide Trading capital up to $400,000—no personal funds at risk Structured education program built by traders with 20+ years of experience Weekly coaching calls and personalized performance reviews A proprietary trading platform with professional-grade tools A supportive community that values discipline over hype Compensation & Capital Disclosure This is a performance-based contract role. Traders earn through a profit split on trading returns they generate—typically ranging from 60% to 90% depending on experience and performance tier. Estimated annual earnings range from $50,000 to $200,000+ for consistently profitable traders. Compensation is not a fixed salary or hourly wage—your earnings depend entirely on your trading results.
