Responsibilities Assess the patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies. Oversee and supervise the shift. Demonstrate leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as group care, close observation, and meal supervision. Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all team members. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, including notification of the physician. Follow hospital policy for medication administration. Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients. Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment goals are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies. Assist or perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients. Qualifications Associate's Degree is required. Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR and De‑escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Schedule 3x12/4x10/5x8 + Days (7a‑7p)/Nights (7p‑7a) + rotating weekends / every 3rd weekend / every weekend + on‑call, holidays, etc. (e.g., 3x12, nights, rotating weekends).
