Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse Laborer

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:00pm-7:00am

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Warehouse Laborer for a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dismantle and remove warehouse racking systems using hand and power tools
- Safely lower and organize metal beams, uprights, and shelving components
- Load dismantled racking materials onto semi-trucks for shipment
- Secure and stack materials properly to prevent damage during transport
- Assist with staging, organizing, and palletizing materials
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Warehouse Laborer Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Experience using basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, impact tools) preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Must know how to drive a forklift required
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Comfortable working at heights if required (depending on racking setup)
