Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage arterial lines, IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasopressors
• Care for a patient population ranging from adolescent to geriatric in a Level III Trauma environment
• Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and care coordination
• Serve in charge nurse or preceptor capacity when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current ICU experience required
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse and/or preceptor experience strongly preferred
• Experience floating to a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
