Mental Health Therapist (LSW/LAC) – Full-Time, Salaried

$65,000–$72,000 | Clinician-Focused | No Billing or Scheduling

Location: Manalapan or Shrewsbury, NJ

This role is designed for provisionally licensed clinicians who are looking for  structure, support, and a clear path for growth within a professionally run environment .

What you’ll do:

• Provide individual therapy to clients (ages 5+)
• Option to facilitate group therapy (based on experience and interest)
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning
• Collaborate with providers and community resources as needed

Who this role is for:

We’re looking for clinicians who are:

• Licensed in New Jersey as an LSW or LAC (pending licensure considered)
• Interested in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Clinically engaged, thoughtful, and client-centered
• Reliable, collaborative, and growth-oriented
• Experience with trauma and/or eating disorders is preferred. 

Schedule & expectations:

• Full-time salaried position
• In-person role across Shrewsbury and/or Manalapan locations
• Some evening availability required
• Weekend availability required
