Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hiring Process: Phone screen + onsite tour
Overview
Seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support multiple non-union facilities with employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration. Ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities
• Support employee relations and respond to HR inquiries
• Assist with recruiting for hourly production roles
• Maintain employee records, filing, and documentation
• Partner with supervisors on HR policies and compliance
• Support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
• 2–5 years of HR experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Kronos preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume recruiting a plus
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
