Food Runners are responsible for controlling the flow of food in and out of the kitchen and maintaining clear communication between the kitchen and front of house team. Additional responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils. Runners must have extensive menu knowledge to be able to correctly name each dish (including modifications) as it is delivered to a table. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities Deliver hot food to guests, identifying each item and ensuring the guests order has been fulfilled properly Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need Qualifications Must have a minimum of 6 months of similar experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar full-service environment Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for the duration of shifts Excellent communication skills including the ability to work in a team, assist with guests’ concerns, and to receive and follow verbal instructions provided in English We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
