- Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and office applications.
