Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• Strong knowledge of school-based speech therapy and IEP process
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy treatment plans
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit individual student needs
• Consult in classroom settings to maximize integration and student success
• Maintain thorough, timely records and reporting in accordance with school and district policies

This contract assignment begins August 11, 2026, and ends May 21, 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. Caseload details will be determined prior to assignment.
