Case Picker Must Speak SpanishWe are seeking experienced PIT / Machine Operators with recent hands-on experience operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, or Ride-On Pallet Jacks. Candidates will undergo an interview with an operations manager followed by a live PIT test. Operators must be capable of working in warehouse environments that include chill and freezer areas. Weekend work is mandatory, and flexibility for other shifts is required.ResponsibilitiesOperate Reach Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and Electric Pallet Jacks effectively.Perform order picking using manual and electric pallet jacks.Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.Work efficiently in various warehouse environments, including dry, chill, and freezer areas.Participate in a live PIT test following the interview.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3+ months PIT experience within the last 12 months.Ability to clearly describe previous employers, machines operated, and dates of operation.Must pass E-Verify.Understanding of the interview and PIT testing process.Punctuality and professional preparedness.Benefit from an opportunity for immediate placement in a growing, high-volume distribution environment. Schedules vary by department and machinery operated.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
