Bistro Server The AM Bistro Server plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage service, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Shifts usually start at 6:30 AM until 11:00 AM on the weekdays and 12 PM on the weekends or until closing clean up is completed. Serving hotel guests at the Bistro by making food and drinks. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup, stocking, taking orders, wiping down tables, engaging in a meaningful way with hotel guests, cleanup and preparation for the next day. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Benefits: Employer Matching 401K Retirement Plan Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance FREE life insurance Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Management training Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler Work multiple roles all in one shift as a cook, server, bartender, barista, and banquet server Practice standards of cleanliness and food handling Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer's guidelines Set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer Upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures Carry out any reasonable request by Management Requirements: Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions Weekend availability Preferred Food and Beverage experience Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field Experience with hotel operation systems Employment and job discrimination statement Employment and job discrimination is prohibited by several federal and state laws including, but not limited to, Title V11, EPA, ADEA, and ADA.
