This critical role acts as the offsite and onsite leader for all equipment installation as determined by the project management team and is responsible for successful and efficient installation coordination throughout our legacy and expansion sites across our national portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for successful and timely installation, commissioning, and compliance for all new equipment across the US at the direction of the Project ManagerUse expertise to identify project issues and apply suitable fixes, with the approval of Project ManagerAssist Project Manager in overseeing multiple concurrent projects at oncePrimary liaison between construction teams, contractors, equipment vendors, and internal installation and operations teamsWork across departments and functions to assist with project design, development, equipment/vendor vetting, progress reporting, and in many other aspects of the project lifecycleTravel to all necessary project sites to oversee efficient installations, see through to ops hand offApply knowledge of industrial processes and specific equipment to inform project team of issues and opportunities through all stages of the project lifecycleQualifications3 years of Industrial Process Experience3 years of Maintenance experience3 years of Manufacturing experienceAdditional Minimum RequirementsMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screeningPhysical RequirementsMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistanceMust be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasksMust be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
