About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) at The Ridge Recovery Center will provide compassionate care to individuals with substance use disorders. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients in a supportive and serene environment. Highlights Location: Willimantic, CT Facility: The Ridge Recovery Center Schedule: Part Time, Nights (Thur-Sat 11P-7:30A) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 What You'll Do Assess client’s conditions and needs. Administer medications as prescribed. Manage withdrawal symptoms effectively. Provide direct nursing care and education to clients. Collaborate with clinical and medical staff for patient care. Requirements Education Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Psychiatric or Substance Abuse Treatment preferred. Licenses & Certifications Valid CT RN license required. CPR & AED certification within six months of employment. Accredited certification in Addictions Nursing (CARN) or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing preferred.
