Lead a Proven Sales Team in Markets We Already Own ONLINE Information Services is an established provider of screening, verification, data, and third-party collections services to two industries: property management and utilities. Our products are already trusted across both markets, and our Account Executives are already selling. What we need now is a sales leader to take that team further. This is a leadership role first and primary. We believe in the unmistakable advantage of being in-person and available to your team daily. By working on-site, you have direct access to other management, support and IT teams allowing for immediate collaboration and connection leading to faster success. You'll manage, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives, own the revenue plan, and build the discipline that turns a strong market position into bigger accounts and a bigger footprint. You do not need prior experience in property management, utilities, or collections. We'll teach you the industries. We can't teach the ability to lead a sales team, and that's what we're hiring for. The Industries Your Team Serves Property Management. Through the ONLINE Rental Exchange, property management companies, multifamily operators, and leasing agencies use our tools to decide which applicants to approve and to recover money owed after a lease ends. Buyers are typically leasing, operations, and regional management leaders. Utilities. Municipal utilities, electric and water co-ops, and investor-owned providers use our services to assess new customers before service starts and to recover unpaid balances. Buyers are typically credit, risk, and finance department leaders. The two markets share a common need: understand risk before the relationship begins, and recover receivables without damaging it. That shared need means one playbook, one set of core products, and one team you can lead across both. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing skill-building on-site and in person at our corporate office in Winterville, NC. Own the revenue targets for the team and build the plan to hit them: pipeline coverage, activity standards, forecasting, and accountability Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team grows Step in personally on the largest, most complex, or most strategic deals Drive expansion within ONLINE's existing client base while keeping new-logo acquisition moving Guide the team through multi-stakeholder sales cycles with operations, credit, and finance decision-makers Maintain relationships with software and referral partners whose platforms integrate with ours, and coordinate joint marketing where it makes sense Represent ONLINE at trade shows, association events, and user group meetings Report clearly and regularly to senior leadership on team performance, pipeline health, and market feedback What You Bring Required 2+ years managing a B2B sales team, with a track record of hitting team-level targets 5+ years of total B2B sales experience A coaching mindset: you develop reps rather than just tracking their numbers Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping Account Executives Experience running a CRM-driven sales process with real forecasting rigor and accountability Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to executive audiences Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Not required Experience in property management, utilities, tenant screening, credit risk, or collections. If you can lead a team that sells complex B2B solutions, we'll get you fluent in our markets and products. Candidates with this background are welcome, but it won't outweigh proven sales leadership.
