Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Tech / Cath Lab Tech for a travel assignment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who is highly skilled in both EP and Cath Lab procedures and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent EP Tech experience required
- Experience with:
- Stroke interventions
- Neuro Interventional procedures
- Cerebral thrombectomies
- Embolizations
- Trauma cases
- ARRT Radiographer Certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac, electrophysiology, and neurovascular procedures
- Operate and maintain specialized imaging and monitoring equipment
- Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in both Cath Lab and EP environments
