Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Fresenius Medical Care in Milford, DE is seeking a PCT III HT to support home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis training under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will reinforce training, prep supplies, assist with home visits, manage documentation, and participate in CQI activities to help patients achieve quality care.
