All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.Opportunities for rewards and recognition.Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.Qualifications2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close salesAbility to communicate well to both prospects and customersExcellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skillsStrong typing capabilities and PC proficiencyProperty and Casualty License required after hire.About UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
