Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision. Determine priorities of care based on physical, psychosocial needs, and factors influencing patient flow. Communicate with office/clinic physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Handle pressure, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and adapt to constantly changing situations. Interact with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflicts. Perform all assigned job duties or tasks. Adhere to all licensing board or agency regulations and procedures. Comply with Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education and Licensure Requirements Current state registered nurse license required. Current BLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred.
