We're hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support customer engagement, live events, community outreach, promotions, and face-to-face marketing campaigns .

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, retail and hospitality professionals, and anyone looking for an entry-level job with training and career growth .
What You'll Do

Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at events and promotional activations
Provide friendly, professional customer service and community engagement
Answer questions and share information about campaigns, services, and initiatives
Assist with event setup, registration, and promotional materials
Support sales, marketing, and outreach teams
Build positive customer relationships and create memorable experiences
Gather customer feedback and help improve campaign performance

Who We're Looking For

No customer service, sales, or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training.

We're looking for people who are:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong communicators with a customer-first attitude
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Available for occasional evening and weekend opportunities
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, food service, sales, events, or fundraising are welcome.
