Vice President of Asset Management
Priority Staffing
Large Investment Manager with core real estate funds and mix of portfolios is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management primarily focusing in retail. Your Leadership should demonstrate leading the portfolio of commercial assets. Oversee third party property managers, construction managers, leasing and others in managing assets. Supervision of strategic planning, leasing, financial analyses, operating and capital budgets, reporting on quarterly and annual basis. Collaborate with joint venture partners on investments and new opportunities. Manage and oversee the debt of real estate assets, ensuring compliance with loan obligations and convenants. Work with onsite leasing teams. Lead commercial letter of intent. Conduct in-depth market research to support all underwriting assumptions. and more....
