Materials Handler I

Job Summary Salary Range: $16.25 - $27.00 per hour. Location: Warwick, RI. Confluent Medical Technologies is a leading medical device company focused on delivering high volume production of Nitinol components, balloon expandable stents, balloon catheters, delivery systems, and more. The Materials Handler I will support production planning and inventory control, ensuring optimal product flow and capacity improvement. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage shipment of all goods to customers and subcontractors. Receiving and processing of all incoming materials. Manage UPS/FedEx and international shipment requirements. Inspect shipment contents and verify accuracy against manifests, invoices, or orders. Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move shipments by hand or material handling equipment. Perform incoming inspection and documentation related to incoming inspection. Pack, seal, and label materials to prepare for shipping. Adhere to shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Prepare documents such as packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Ensure on‑time shipment, track shipment requirements, and track on‑time delivery metrics. Complete training and perform duties as a manufacturing technician as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school degree or equivalent. Fluent in English. Good documentation skills. Compliance with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report unsafe activities to Supervisor or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and cross‑site company goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
