Project Coordinator

Partner with Operations teams to identify work pending client information, responses, approvals or other required actions Maintain an inventory of outstanding client-dependent tasks, including owners, due dates, status and next steps Proactively follow up on outstanding client items through the Client Relationship team and directly with clients as needed Help Operations obtain information and answers needed to complete requests, resolve issues and keep work moving Monitor aging and overdue items and escape delays, recurring barriers or high-priority needs Coordinate follow-up across Operations, the Client Relationship team and clients Document client responses, decisions and completed actions Maintain trackers, status reports and documentation showing open client dependencies and progress Gather and document requirements, questions and supporting information before client outreach Identify gaps, dependencies and potential roadblocks affecting operational timelines Support consistent processes for tracking, communicating and closing client-dependent action items Requirements Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and job-related experience 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, client support or a related role preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and follow-up items simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence and professionalism when communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following items through to completion Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and cross-functional teams A proactive mindset with the ability to identify what needs to happen next and take action Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a desire to help Operations teams remove roadblocks and drive work to completion Legally eligible to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage client-dependent tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
