Talent Acquisition Coordinator (NYC or Charlotte, NC)

An organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role supports recruiters and hiring leaders by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting data, and helping deliver a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
• Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)

• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-up communications, and related logistics for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Support the creation and distribution of offer package materials and related documentation
• Maintain recruiting data in HR systems, reporting tools, and tracking spreadsheets
• Help manage candidate experience touchpoints throughout the hiring process
• Assist with recruiting and HR-related projects and other administrative tasks as needed

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a corporate environment, including internship experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment

• Experience with an applicant tracking system or recruiting system
• Exposure to offer letter preparation or recruiting data maintenance
• Familiarity with candidate scheduling and hiring coordination
