WHAT YOU'LL DO Core responsibilities for all caregivers: Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment Maintain client confidentiality at all times Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs): Transportation and errand support Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required qualifications: Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent) Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets) Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply) Reliable transportation to and from client homes Must pass a background check Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment): Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract Skills & attributes: Compassionate, patient, and professional — you treat every client with dignity and respect Committed to the member —you'rethere to support them in living their life on their own terms, whatever that looks like for them Reliable — when you commit to a shift, you show up Self-directed and organized — you manage your schedule and communicate proactively Tech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for work tasks ABOUT CARELINX BY SHARECARE CareLinxby Sharecare is a leading nationwide network of tech-enabled caregivers and licensed nurses dispatched on-demand to serve patients in need.
