Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite / Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet established department objectives while delivering individualized patient care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, traveling to patient locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent
• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Valid Driver's License; must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health experience is preferred but not required
• Comfort working independently in a field-based, patient-home environment
