What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional resident care in an  assisted living and  memory care setting

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and regulations

• Communicate and collaborate with  caregivers ,  RNs , and  wellness teams

• Provide emotional and clinical support to residents and families

• Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified environment

What You Bring:

• Active  LPN license in New York State
