Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

$1860.48/week –

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to assistance women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper clinical support throughout childbirth processes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor fetal and maternal vital signs during labor and delivery.

• Assist obstetricians and healthcare team with clinical procedures.

• Educate patients and families on childbirth processes and postnatal care.

• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.

• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and coordinate emergency protocols.

• Maintain sterile techniques and follow infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in GA or a Compact state.

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.

• Ability to pass clinical screening process and comply with Piedmont guidelines.

• Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols, fetal monitoring, and emergency response.

• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

• Flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and night shifts.
