$27 - $27.84 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the guest services team to deliver exceptional experiences every day.
• Oversee front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain high service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating a team in a hospitality setting.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with housekeeping and other departments.
