Youth Transition & Education Advocate

CASA in San Antonio seeks a Transitional Youth Specialist to strengthen educational advocacy for older youth aging out of foster care and to connect them with college, career readiness resources, and community supports. You will work with court-appointed volunteer advocates and community partners to ensure the best interests of youth are represented.
